The potential candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by up,selling & cross,selling to our existing potential accounts.The person should be highly proactive and self,motivated to take on this exciting role. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersb.) Build and maintain strong, long,lasting client relationshipsc.) Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsd.) Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorse.) Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesf.) Clearly communicate the progress of monthly,quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersg.) Develop new business with existing clients and,or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotash.) Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)i.) Prepare reports on account statusj.) Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities k.)
