, Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth for Wealth business in the assigned region,state., Responsible for managing the existing relationship & sourcing the new business through Team., Responsible for Building team and branches across states., Product, All Wealth ( MF, PMS, Equity, Bonds , Structure products etc), Managing, training and motivating existing sales team & Recruiting to drive revenue growth in the assigned area., Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends., Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence., Coordinate with senior management to enhance sales performance., Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members., Providing timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance., Providing trainings, educational workshops and challenging opportunities for enhancing career growth of subordinates., Conduct business plan review meetings with sales team., Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers., Appreciate the contributions and accomplishments of sales employees through proper rewarding mechanism., Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals.
