Your Role

We are looking for HR Opertaions Expert to join the People eXperience team. You will work with Innovaccer’s People eXperience team to drive HR Operation for the company.

A Day in the Life

Compensation and Benefits: As a Compensation and Benefits specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing, managing and administering our employees' rewards, perks and benefits.

Compliance: As a person with hands on experience, you would help driving compliances with the due date with zero delays for people eXperience for both India and the US

Audit: Being the single point of contact for all Internal and External audits for people eXperience. Maintaining and tracking a central repository of the samples and findings quarter on quarter for moving towards a 100% process and compliance adhering department

What will you do:

1.Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
2.Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
3.Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed
4.Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
5.Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
6.Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation
7.Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with auditees
What You Need
Previous working experience as a compensation & benefits and compliance specialist for 4 years and an overall experience of 7-10 years
Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
Good understanding of full cycle hiring process
Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
