Sr Content Marketing Specialist

About The JobOverviewOur client is a global A/B Testing and ai Personalization Tech company headquartered in Paris that is partnered up with some of the most well-known brands in the world. They operate in several different industries/verticals and are actively breaking into the North American market. The successful candidate will be able to quickly learn the product/content process, will be responsible for managing the entire content process and be instrumental in getting their name out in North America.

Responsibilities

Take the lead on ideating and creating content that is purposeful, actionable, and audience-centric for their key audiences.Build a content plan and strategy to ensure targeted audiences have a range of helpful and inspiring content.Develop a deep talent bench of journalists and contributors, assigning clear story briefs that result in few, if any, revisions.Create a storytelling guide, to help internal colleagues and external actors e.g. freelancer writers and designers, etc. keep their content reading and looking consistent per brand tone/voice.Lead and manage the story calendar, ensuring that it captures the zeitgeist of the optimization industry, activities by our partner program, and our product marketing e.g. new releases, etc. so our readers can easily find and enjoy topical and engaging content regularly.Troubleshoot editorial issues i.e. aligning design, getting key stakeholder approvals, etc. ensuring stories, publishing channels, and the calendar stay on track.Ensure content is successfully and persuasively posted on Kameleoon channels e.g. website, e-newsletter, LinkedIn, etc.Run editorial meetings and contributor check-ins. Meet with peers in EMEA to stay abreast of successful content marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements

Experienced in creating content for SaaS/Tech companies.Have an understanding of SEO and Lead Funnels.Experienced in managing content calendars.Has managed Linkedin content strategy.Experienced with Google Analytics, especially for tracking the performance of content.Education in Journalism or Marketing/Communications.
