This is a highly visible role where you will be working with the Senior Leadership and the Co,founders of the organization.What , The Souled Store Can Offer You:1. Build and drive the content strategy and communication plan for The Souled Store across channels, in partnership with X,function teams, particularly internal creative teams.2. Manage the communications calendar to ensure high quality and timely delivery of communications, internally and externally.3. Write sharp and inspiring briefs for marketing communication, and occasionally take on the role of copywriter as well.4. Help Souled Store build a consistent tone voice through internal partnerships with PR, content writers, designers etc., and external partnerships with influencers, artists, and other relevant partners.5. Ideate, experiment, and scale up new ideas and best practices to market our products and build the brand.Competencies and Abilities:, Proven experience and passion for creating content across mediums, especially different digital platforms., Well versed with standard analytics and content management tools., Well informed and up to date with the latest tools and content trends to ensure our content remains fresh, contemporary, and engagingValues and Mindsets:, Familiarity with pop culture and understanding of consumer behavior in lifestyle, retail and fashion industry., Should be able to multi,task, work on deadlines and think on one's feet., Comfortable operating in a matrix and constantly changing environment. Experience:, 6+ years of experience in creative and,or content, preferably in Internet,Retail,Advertising, Marketing., Prior fashion,apparel experience is a plus., Working knowledge of technical aspects (HTML, SEO etc.) is a plus.
