Job Description

This position will be responsible for people management, driving & achieving sales targets and grow the branch.Key Responsibilities: , Responsible to handle the overall smooth functioning of the branch and lead it in a profitable manner, Responsible to achieve the EBIT, EBT, revenue & cost targets for the branch, Drive the business plan for the branch for all the lines of business , Retail, Wholesale and corporate, Responsible to guide and train the teams to acquire new business, convert the retail customers & tie,up with wholesale agents for foreign exchange, Set targets for the team members and periodically review the same, Drive the branch sales to achieve the budgeted numbers, Monitor compliance for the branch and ensure 100% adherence to the same by all team members, Work closely with the Vertical Sales Head , State Head , Cluster Head and drive the business plans for the entire branch, Responsible for all the manpower requirements at the branchSalary offered: 7,9LPA
