About RoleThe individual will play a key role in the development of new innovative cross channel digital marketing solutions for the BFSI vertical. This, in turn, will drive significant value for iQuanti's clients and help establish iQuanti as a differentiated player in this vertical.The individual will report to the SVP of Solutions and will work closely with the CEO and leadership of the company and help shape the future of the company. This role will provide exposure to senior leadership as well as some of the key strategic clients (which includes several Fortune 100 banks).The digital marketing solutions would be across different aspects of Paid Channel management, including audience strategy, channel optimization, measurement, creative and landing page optimization, etc.Responsibilities:, Define a compelling Digital Marketing solutions roadmap, Connect with various marketing executives and the vertical head to understand the digital marketing needs., Create solution concepts that will help address the needs of BFSI clients e.g. how to optimize for profitability metrics, how to create an effective audience strategy, etc. and evaluate them with respect to both attractiveness in the market and difficulty of implementation., Create a roadmap of solutions. Prioritize and maintain a backlog of solutions., Development of Digital Marketing solutions, Work with the account team to understand the specific client context and use cases for detailing the solution. Problem,solve with the team to identify the solution elements and end to end workflows. For instance, for audience strategy solution , understand the user journey for the product, figure out different audience tactics to identify qualified audiences across different channels across the funnel stages, recommend activation tactics in different channels, figure out testing and measurement plan, etc., Collaborate with practice leads, engineering, UX teams and data science teams to implement the solution. Partner with vendors as necessary to implement solutions., Go,to,Market strategy and implementation, Create collateral for external and internal stakeholders , sales and marketing, implementation, and training collateral. Develop messaging, positioning, and value proposition statements for the solutions., Participate in sales conversations and presales discussions., Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders.Desired Skills:, Digital Marketing Expertise, Strong understanding of digital marketing from a strategic perspective as well as experience with campaign management., Strategic Thinking, Ability to think strategically, understand the business and industry context, and come up with a vision and strategy., Can manage ambiguity and make a structure out of chaos., Analytical Orientation, Has an analytical mind and excellent data analysis skills. Can create a story using data., Flair with numbers with continuous focus on metrics & data., Communication Skills, Has strong written and oral communication skills. Can create compelling pitch decks and can effectively communicate with clients and business partners., Collaboration Skills, Ability to work with subject matter experts (data scientists, technical architects, business strategists etc.), moderate group discussions and lead teams towards tangible outputs & solution directions.Requirements:, Proven record of success in a top consulting, analytics, knowledge services firm, with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing,performance marketing., Experience in the financial services vertical., MBA from a top tier business school.
