You will:< b> < p>

  • Troubleshoot an ever changing variety of complex issues that require out of the box thinking< li>
  • Provide excellent end user desktop phone email support to resolve support tickets< li>
  • Communicate with our customers to build and maintain relationships< li>
  • Create technical documentation for training and or issue resolution< li>
  • Collaborate with all tiers of support, QA, and development to resolve product issues< li>
  • Work with databases and servers< li>
  • Occasionally travel to client sites, potentially including overnight stays< li>

    You should have:< b> < p>

  • A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn< li>
  • Good critical thinking and problem solving skills< li>
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills< li>
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team< li>
  • Some working knowledge in a computing related field< li>

  • A degree or some higher education< li>
  • Experience in a help desk position< li>
  • Knowledge of command line utilities and SQL< li>
