Job Description

Must Have Skills:
Overall 5 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in ServiceNow platform as a tester, especially in ServiceNow ATF
Experience with ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework
Experience with Agile software development
Experience with manual testing and automation testing


Good to Have :
ServiceNow Application Developer certification a plus


Primary responsibilities:
Review and interpret functional and technical requirements
Create and maintain test scenarios scripts for manual and automation testing
Perform functional and regression testing, defect tracking from discovery to resolution
Clearly communicate issues defects to appropriate resources in a timely manner
Collaborate with the development team to resolve defects
Work with the project team to help plan and estimate test activities for all test phases
Create training documentation and materials requirements


Experience Preferred:
Experience with ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework
Experience with Agile software development
Experience with manual testing and automation testing
2+ years of QA Testing experience
Experience with multiple major version upgrades and system patches; explain the common upgrade issues caused by custom development
Authoring and maintaining technical documentation
Use analytical skills to investigate issues, find solutions to problems, and improve processes
Utilize an Agile Scrum methodology to manage development work


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years of relevant experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the ServiceNow platform as a tester, especially in ServiceNow ATF
ServiceNow experience should include scripting in ServiceNow, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration and deployment. Specifically, candidates shall possess in depth knowledge of the technical implementation and the skills to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset Management, New Call, On Call and Service Catalog
Experience implementing ITSM best practice processes and procedures in an enterprise environment
ServiceNow Application Developer certification a plus
Strong technical and platform knowledge with hands on experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting application issues
