With the ambitious goals of growing 10X, we are looking at senior team members to join the team and drive strong growth.As a EVP, your role would primarily revolve around 1. Driving Client Acquisition and Scaling up clients (Priority sectors of Real Estate, FMCG, Retail, Ecommerce, Healthcare, Funded Startups)2. Driving Client Business Results Helping identify target audiences, creative strategy, digital approach for driving business results3. Ensuring we continuously deliver strong value to our clients4. Monitoring Digital Execution Ad Campaigns, Social Media Campaigns, Business outcomes (e.g. Site Visits, Ecommerce Transactions, Unique Reach)5. Training and mentoring team for (a) client management and (b) driving client business results marketing (c) Digital tools implementation6. Recruitment Strategic recruitment and training of relevant talent with Full operational support from HR team7. Setting up processes and methodology to further scale Social Beat
