Pleo is looking for an Account Executive for the Spanish market to join us in Lisbon 🇵🇹


What you’ll do 👀:



  • Generate new business pipelines and interest by following up on inbound leads

  • Speak to, and demonstrate, the value of Pleo products and services

  • Discover business initiatives and act as the prospect's internal advocate

  • Build a point of view on how to help qualify a customer’s needs

  • Speak to value and return on investment of Pleo vs. technical functionality

  • Build credibility and trust with prospects to close deals and hand them over to our Customer Experience team for onboarding

  • Learn how to anticipate and prepare for objections

  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organisation

  • Manage a high volume of inbound leads with a strategy on prioritising your leads

  • Research and understand various lines of business and personas


What we need from you on your first day:



  • Experience in SaaS Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success 💪

  • Exceptional people skills. The ability to actively listen, show empathy and be curious

  • Ambition - lots of it - and a strong inner motivation paired with a positive mindset (it's the key to hitting targets 🎯 )

  • A winning attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset - knowing that there are easy days and hard days and the ability to get through them both

  • Humility. You ask yourself "How can I create and build more value here?" instead of "What's in it for me?

  • Leadership potential - we are growing and we want you to grow with us!

  • Fluent in English & Spanish 🇪🇸 (Your first interview will be in English and Spanish)
