A. Purpose of the role: Achieve growth in defined territory through distribution management and increasing market penetration. B. Responsibilities :1. Achieve revenue and profitability targets through the distribution network in defined region , segment.2. Manage and coach existing distributors to formulate their growth plans.3. Identify new areas,platforms to expand the distribution network.4. Promote new product offerings or special schemes to achieve sale growth.5. Ensure distributor compliance with SKF's policies, branding, etc.C. Metrics :1. Revenue and Profitability achievement 2. Network expansions (weighted & Numeric) (retailer)3.
