Purpose of the role: As a HR Partner for businesses, provide support and leadership to drive the HR strategy and ensure seamlessness and consistent employee experience on people processes.Responsibilities :Talent and Leadership :, Partner with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to allocated HC and ensure timely hiring against vacancies, Critically evaluate external talent to ensure right hire , cultural evaluation and potential evaluation, Strong succession pipeline for N,1,2 leadership positions, Develop and deploy the competency framework for creating a future ready workforce, Support Talent development by focusing on Organizational capability, Individual needs and core competenceExtraordinary Performance & Reward: , Ensure effective deployment of end to end People Processes including Performance Management, Reward & Recognition, Org design, span & layersCulture and workplace :, Work towards creating a 'Best place to work', Drive customer centric approach with innovation , Drive various diversity and inclusion initiatives and develop infrastructure for inclusive workplace, Monitor and report employee pulse through regular engagement with employees, Co,create and drive employee engagement plans and maintain and strengthen relationshipsEmployee Relations :, Drive key Change initiatives in the factory to ensure engagement, development as well as productivity improvementMetrics :, Hiring within agreed timelines, Succession planning for all critical roles, On time execution of HR processes, Engagement scores over last year, On time statutory compliancesCompetencies: , Communication skills, Stakeholder Management, Learning agility, Drive for results, Attention to detailsCandidate Profile :1.
