Job Title: PM , New Product Initiatives and Market IntelligenceJob Description:, Drive market research: a mix of quantitative,primary (surveys, segmentation, positioning research, product proposition, concept tests etc.), qualitative,primary (focus groups, in,depth interviews, market research online communities, etc.), and secondary,desk research, Keep abreast of the market and competitive landscape globally and be tuned into the new developments, Own the product strategy; Understand customer requirements, market gaps, need gaps and drive execution approach Drive market intelligence based on the market potential, prioritize the roadmap and recommend new products,categories, Develop the core vision and positioning for new products, and scale existing products, Own the product strategy for new products: Understand customer requirements, market gaps, need gaps and draw insights for the product team to take forward the new products, Ability to define the economic rationale for every new product and translate into metrics, Collaborate with external influencers, subject matter experts, partners effectively to drive growth and be the point of contact on the team., Create and maintain product plan for the assigned category which should include details like course catalog coverage, target audience, competition analysis, revenue estimates, and go,to,market strategy, Work closely with management, business, engineering, and operations teams during the process of course creation , Develop sales enablement tools and train the sales team on the new product , Drive the revenue goals and NPS outcomes for the product Desired Skills:, Have the ability to be able to work & influence cross,functional teams: Eg, sales, business & finance Should be able to manage healthy conflicts and drive people towards customer goals and organizational priorities. , Manage a team of associate product managers in achieving success on all fronts, Work closely with management, business, engineering, and operations teams during the process of course creation, Develop sales enablement tools and train the sales team on the new productsQualifications requirement:, A Skilled expert, with a total of 5+ years of Professional experience, MBA , Marketing , Product is preferred, 3+ years of work experience into product,category management., You have demonstrated the ability to work autonomously while pushing teams to achieve a common goal, Previous experience of launching new products to market, Work experience from edTech, Training or Internet domain is preferred., Ability to understand data and base his,her decisions on sound analysis., Translate problems into user,centric solutions and communicate that through right documentation and clear communication
