Associate Director , Product MarketingSimplilearn, BangaloreAs an Associate Director , Product Marketing, you would be the first key hire in the product marketing team and will play an important role in product positioning, competitor analysis, finding the right product market fit, development of customer communication and driving adoption of new products to drive business growth. You would be leading, planning and driving a strategic acceleration plan for one of the key business units at Simplilearn. This is a high,visibility and high,impact role which will involve working with cross,functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Customer Success.What you'll do :, Customer insights: Develop superior customer understanding and share actionable ,customer insights with the relevant teams to help drive superior business outcomes, Voice of the customer: Be the voice of the customer in the organisation to influence better product and marketing strategies, Positioning: Develop the customer value proposition of products through detailed ,customer and market analysis. Improve the sales funnel with sharp messaging and improved product positioning, Market intelligence: Competitor analysis, research and benchmarking for different products across geographies, Go,to,market: Program manage and drive go,to,market planning and execution for new product launches in conjunction with all other stakeholders, Customer communication: Strategize and program manage the development of customer collaterals along with the content marketing team, Cross team collaboration: Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, engineering, customer success teams for various key initiativesWho are you :, 5+ years of experience in product marketing with proven track record of success and impact through product marketing, Ability to develop simple but powerful user messaging which helps drive product adoption and business growth, Demonstrated passion for the customer, delivering customer insights through research and in,market testing, and translation of the insights into successful execution, Excellent written, verbal communication and storytelling skills, Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills , Superior stakeholder management and influencing skills, Strong program management skills
