We work extensively with all the major media conglomerates and the top,tier technology firms to conduct global multi,country research including usage,attitude, CSAT, customer journey analysis, etc.We are looking for a growth,driven, outcome,oriented individual that wants to work with global CMI, product marketing leads for our technology and media clients headquartered in the US ( predominantly SF bay area).As a Research Manager you will lead the end,to,end research project delivery and client consulting with these client stakeholder groups (product marketing, CMI, Customer Experience and Research experts)Responsibilities :, Be the SME on Qualitative Research methodologies and best practices, Lead a team of 3,4 analysts to deliver the in,depth insight reports for large scale qualitative research interviews (involving CATI, Usability testing , Observational studies, focus groups,online community discussions, etc.), Mentor and lead the team to create relevant discussion guides, ensure execution of telephonic interviews(conducted by an in,house Research Operations team), create storyboard and craft compelling recommendations for our clients basis the insights derived., Work closely with the Leadership team on solutioning for large,scale proposals , Write Thought leadership articles and provide case studies , collateral content to Marketing Requirements :, Minimum of 5,6 years of experience in either media research(media, cable and,or broadcast network research and,or digital measurement) OR Technology Research (Product Adoption, Usage Drivers,Tech Disruption & Innovation trends, etc), Deep knowledge of either technology sector (Example ,IoT, AI,ML,Ops, Cloud Data Platforms, Digital Commerce, Experience, ERP, Procurement etc.) OR Media sector ( OTT, Linear TV , with experience in comScore, Nielsen, Kantar) is a must,have, In case of experience in media sector, experience in conjoint , pricing decisions, Advertising research, campaign effectiveness, etc. is a must,have., Ability to convey research findings in ''non,research'' language to internal partnerSpecific skills :, Extremely strong oral and written English with a flair for insight presentation in a story telling format. , Extremely strong writing skills, with a history of research papers, qualitative insight reports, Must have strong work ethic, positive attitude and self,starter qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set prioritiesEducation, Work back,ground :, Bachelors ,Masters in Mass communication or English, Economics, Previous experience of 5 years in a research company is an absolute must,have, Skill ClusterGood To Have Skills : , Conjoint Analysis, Technology research, Thought LeadershipMust Have Skills :, Qualitative research, CATI, Candidate with shorter notice period will be preferred.
