As well as overseeing all operational areas of the business, the role is central in supporting business growth. About the role:, You will be responsible for End to End implementation by directing, guiding others, and applying various operational excellence tools to resolve problems including providing training., Design and set up processes and work on continuous improvement of the set processes , Implement processes that deliver improvement according to the client requirements., Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention., Design and implement processes, specific to the project and client.Train and monitor team for developing quality leads, You should have a start,up mentality and a passion for drilling down to find the root cause of a problem. , You are a customer,obsessed problem solver, eager to learn and improve and are able to articulate complex concepts.We'll love you because:, You are able to see the big picture as well as the finer details, as your work is across the spectrum.
