The client specializes in customer experience operations, call centers, quality, vendor management, procurement and strategic sourcing.Position: Sales in CXO level Location: Any MetroResponsibilities:, Person with expertise in Call Centre,BPO consulting sales., Analyzing and reformulating existing and promising business contracts to maximize turnover and proactive to make calls for future prospect. Scrutinizing the market to elucidate clients, needs, competitors, activities and promising avenues that have not yet explored., Develop business plans with the accounts mapped and pipelined by means of direct meetings and continuous engagement every week., Following up for the leads generated through industry mapping and other sources., Understanding of the services of the company is offering (Consulting, Training, Audits and Assessments etc.) and presentation of the same in front of the clients., Translating clients need into company's service and do customization as and when required., Should have confidence to put forward on the pricing against the services the client has to offer to the end users., Complete understanding of contemporary market trend and possess international standard to business closure. , Comfortable to do competitor analysis and should have contacts with the CXO levels., Should be flexible and think out of the box.Pre,Requisites:, 10,15 years of expertise in the similar field. , MBA in Marketing
