Job Description

New partners to drive business revenue from them. This role will be based in Hyderabad, India.Job Responsibilities:1. Establish Partnerships as a channel to generate opportunities, track them and generate revenues, working closely with the Head of Partnerships and Alliances. This position carries revenue targets as KRA and rolls up into the Head of Global Marketing .2. Lead Channel Partnership with different testing tool vendors, industry tools,packaged software product companies.3. Spot market trends and identify partners to work with, evaluate them and onboard them as partners after due diligence. 4. Being responsible for building and executing GTM plans, Account identification and pursuits, Opportunity tracking and Revenue realization from each strategic partner. 5. Being responsible for the overall partner marketing calendar with clear outcome focus, aimed at generating revenue from every assignment,effort undertaken. opportunity, from account,opportunity identification; partner selection and contracting (as needed on deal,by,deal basis), initial partner meeting, joint account planning, joint opportunity management. 7. Engage with CXO connects at Partner organisations to come up as a trusted partner of choice with each of these partners. Also establish connects at multiple levels in the partner organisations and be the single source of information related to all partners 8. Work closely with the IP & Innovation team to provide gap analysis results, & whitespaces where IP can be created, jointly with partners, and thus get more partner,led opportunities.9. Maintain accurate pipeline & results dashboards that communicate to key stakeholders the effectiveness of the alliance programs & investments.Basic Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree, Masters preferred; Willingness to travel on as,needed basis. 2. 10+ years experience in Partnerships & Alliances, preferably in Tier,1 System Integrators, managing Global Tool providers, packaged software product providers, industry,specific tool vendors and other product partners. 10+ years, experience in technology (software sales, marketing and delivery of professional services or alliance management).3. Partner marketing experience, including lead generation activities; joint partner events, including conferences, seminars etc and deal sharing,account mapping is a must. 4. Understanding of Quality Assurance,Testing Services domain is highly preferred.5. Good executive presence and exceptional communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to rapidly engage a diverse audience of internal , external stakeholders and build consensus.6. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to quickly analyze and apply relevant information to make timely and critical decisions that affect cross,functional teams to increase alliance program ROI and effectiveness.7. Thrives in a fast,paced, complex work environment; ability to focus and execute in a rapidly changing environment, take charge and make things happen.8. Self,starter, with strong work ethic and integrity, managing the complexities of having multiple, competing partners at the deal level, market level and annual business planning
