Job Description

The candidate will be required to acquire NTBs in mid,corporate segment & deepen wallet share in existing portfolio of clients. Candidate should have understanding of cash management products, remittances, trade products, FX Products, EEFC accounts etc. Should be able to achieve budgets set by Bank's management & bring aggressive growth through deepen wallet share with existing clients and on,boarding NTBs in E&L.Specific Roles and Responsibilities:1. Responsible for new client acquisitions as well as maintaining and enhancing the existing portfolio of mid,market group2. Ability to structure the facilities as per the client's need and bank's strategy ensuring optimum profitability & sustainability of the business within the regulatory framework.3. Should have knowledge of the local market where he , she knows the leading Mid,Market Clients,4. Engage & co,ordinate with various internal teams for relevant approvals, documentation and monitoring. Ensure end,to,end involvement from origination to on,boarding.5. Engage and maintain senior management relationships of Mid,corporate clients to deepen wallet share, negotiate pricing & cross,sell other banking products like CMS, salary a,cs, corporate cards and insurance.Specific requirements, Needs to have handled a similar role in a peer Bank, Multi,tasking with crisis management capabilities, Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, Balanced Sales and credit orientation.
