Job Description

Manage the overall candidate selection experience through efficient selection and interview process management Review and manage candidate applications Set up interview schedules, select interviewers, brief interviewers and candidates, run debrief meetings, determine next step decisions and manage the communication of decisions to candidates. Manage the closing process, including training for colleagues and other closers. Utilize the applicant tracking system to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines to enhance stakeholder communication and ensure effective process management Develop recruiting strategy and plan to deliver on hiring targets. Manage key stakeholder relationships, as a recruiting thought leader and valued advisor Building a deep understanding of the business, role requirements and desired candidate profiles. Leverage internal talent sources to drive employee referrals and alumni engagement. Identify high quality candidates through proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates via direct channels, job postings, social media, web sourcing, talent mapping, vendors and networking. Drive marketing strategy developing overall brand awareness in the local and international talent markets. Develop and manage recruiting budget for Industry hiring. Track expenses and flag issues.
