The job in short
- You will work with the Global Partner Success Leader and program manage partner success activities across regions
- Partner success growth - Collaborating with Hubs (APAC), Japan & S.Korea, India BDC and with members of the Partner Ecosystems and Partner Sales teams as part of Partner Board activities to drive Partner Success and related growth activities
- Growing partner network, with both global and local/niche players
- Working with Academy to coordinate on Education programs relevant to partners and ensure partners are up to date on Backbase training, certification and education programs.
- Creating presentations, playbook pertaining to Partner Success and collateral relevant to Partners
- Working with Legal and Compliance to ensure all partners go through Compliance checks and Backbase legal process
- Work with partners and internal teams to have contract process completed in time
- Create and manage single repository for partner contracts
- Administer partner contracts on an ongoing basis
- Reporting and insights on partner success performance and areas of improvement
- Driving and providing best practices for Partner Success
Meet the job
- Driving the relationship and ongoing alignment with Partners, with a focus on global SI partners
- Helping to create and maintain the right culture and working environment with partners create a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- 10-15 years overall experience covering
- Partner management and related GTM activities
- Driving partner relationships (niche, local and global SI players)
- Contract management
- Enabling growth and business development teams
How about you
- Experience working with North America/Europe/APAC geographies
- Banking and ecosystem experience is preferred
- Experience working with large SIs would be beneficial
- MBA background from premier institutes is preferred
