Job Description

Purpose of Position

To lead the Sales team and to ensure the fulfilment of the respective goals in terms of sales, profit and working capital (receivables). Align local sales strategy to Region Country strategy. To contribute towards achieving Regional and Area business goals. To establish and build sustainable relationships with customers & partners

Managerial and Coordination Requirements

Plan and implement comprehensive sales plan for area of responsibility that would contribute towards revenue and profit achievements

Optimise sales performance through ongoing motivation, training, coaching and support to the sales team

Drive CRM usage

Work closely with Marketing team to implement pricing, promotion, product launches etc.

Provide market and competitor information to Country Manager & Marketing team

Build and lead the sales organization that fits the requirements of markets in respective area of responsibility

Ensure all sales employees conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies and procedures and the companies code of conduct

Lead sales team to achieve sales & profit targets assigned. Assure and constantly develop quality of staff in this field by a strategic Talent management

Responsibilities for Business Results (expected Added Value, Objectives, KPIs)

All financial and operational KPIs for assigned Sales team

Overall results of assigned Sales team (Sales, Profit, Receivables)

Number of new clients, new projects, landmark projects

Customer satisfaction index

Should have exposure into project sales and channel sales both in Northern region
