Ensure best in class client service practices are upheld through close coaching and support direct reports in their professional development plans, actively manage team performance and people development. , Support the Sales team growing client relationships in India including new clients as well as senior stakeholders. This relationship development will stem from proactive phone outreach, project execution, post,project client feedback, and occasionally in,person client meetings in partnership with Sales. Looking for:, Up to 7,12 years of experience, ideally in full,fledged client facing,servicing roles that could be in consulting, Financial Services, market research, or other professional services or start up environment , Direct team handling experience of up to 3,4 years, where quarterly,yearly appraisals were directly managed and delivered to subordinates , Also engage in performance evaluation, appraisals, KPI etc., Strong can,do attitude and track record of business growth , turnaround, Client focused,driven individual , must be able to innovate to be a problem solver for clients , Outstanding communication (oral and written) skills in English and willingness to call and engage senior professionals , Understanding of the business climate.
