Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Initiates Business Development efforts in the identification, analysis, negotiation and development of business opportunities in accordance with agreed strategic objectives.2. Prepare and Execute a growth plan for sales opportunities through alternate channels of growth (non High street, Mall, Office, Hotel, Hospital, Education, Multiplex, Tourism).3. Relationship building with key accounts in the alternate growth formats Hotel, Hospital, Education, Multiplex, Tourism etc.4. Manage end to end client relationship. This will include pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing invoicing, result tracking, cross functional co ordination and troubleshooting.5. Creating the Master contract for any new Tie up Relationship in alternate channels of growth. This should include terms of relationship, pricing, scale up terms.6. Identify and analyze emerging technologies and competitive activities, which will influence the business results.7. Helping the Business Development team to create 5 years roadmap for expansion across Existing and New Store.8. Create and Share New Store Performance analytics to support Business development team in decisions for growth.9. Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future.10. Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).11. Preparing and maintaining the MIS for business analysis including the Store Development Master tracker.12. Asset management Handling and supporting the business development team in operational and landlord issues of existing stores working directly or indirectly with Landlords.13. Facilitating the Business Development team in Renewals of existing agreements.14. Supporting new initiatives like Compact Stores, Dark Kitchens, Food Trucks and other new innovations.15. Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.16. Suggest actions to improve performance and identify opportunities for growth.
