Overall Responsibility

Brand Marketing Strategy

Budget Ownership

New Business Initiatives

Leadership and team management

Brand Signature Property Ownership

To lead the brand marketing strategy ( magazine and digital ) lead the short term and long term thinking with annual marketing plans for the titles, increasing brand equity, recall and sales amongst the target audience.

To own the brand signature properties events and ensure seamless working within the cross functional teams for planning, conceptualizing and executing the events

Create and execute marketing plans and support ad sales with sponsorship proposals and revenue management for the properties

To oversee all consumer brand communication initiatives across media such as print, digital, outdoor, online, TV, radio, cinemas

To lead the A&P budget on an ongoing basis

To oversee key research initiatives to develop a stronger understanding of the categories, initiatives and the brands.

To provide Ad Sales with relevant support for developing and maintaining relationships with advertisers including development and execution of all trade marketing related collateral

To lead the marketing team including resource allocation, appraisals and cross functional working

Lead the thinking and execution on new business initiatives or line extensions working with the editors and publishers and their teams.

Work across the organisation with editors and editorial team and publishers and the sale teams and outside the organisation with key clients.

Duties and responsibilities may be adjusted based on years of experience.

Salary is also commensurate with experience.
