Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering on Hiring Targets for few of the IT verticals along with a team. The person will be managing the overall delivery TAT and Cost efficiency for their verticals. Key Accountability : , Effectively contribute to create hiring strategy for IT function and execute the same with efficiency. , Continuously work on alternate sources of hiring to ensure steady pipeline of candidates, Effective execution of hiring project for company's Direct (Internal & External Hiring) to maintain TAT and Cost of hiring , Effective Vendor management, Vendor Development including relationship , Hiring vendors, Continuously align with Function leaders to share updates, reviews etc. , Gather market intelligence, analyze and share with leaders for making informed decisions on hiring channels, compensation etc. , Responsible for end to end on boarding of new hires including pre, and post,joining formalities and providing inputs to the HR Operations and C&B teams, Partner with respective teams to align approaches deliverables, expectations with regards to onboarding and strive to achieve New Joiner delight.Leadership :, Turn strategy and plans into results and consistently deliver on aggressive performance goals, Creating a high performing culture with,in the HR team to achieve overall HR objective and mission, Contribute to increase effectiveness of other HR functions through projects and strategic initiatives
