Job Description

, Develop dealer,wise targets in line with KPAs,annual budgets, Achieve area target by ensuring all Territory targets are met and,or surpassed., Fix collection target for the Area and achieving the Area target, Control of age,wise Outstanding, Improve on securitization, Review of credit limits on a monthly basis, propose for revisions and obtain approvals, Submit and effect Recovery plans for outstanding payments lying over 30 days and also over 180 days, Identify and developing weak and unrepresented markets, Evaluate and facilitate the proposed dealer appointments, Mapping and linking of sub,dealers to dealers, Ensure uniform growth of all existing dealers in particular market, Develop practical solutions for under,performing dealers., Activate inactive dealers, Develop Journey plans for Field Officers for effective coverage of assigned area and follow through, Maintain a personal touch with dealers by attending to all major functions,events for all major dealers in the Area, Identify dealer unaddressed grievances from dealers and redress them, Verify and recommend dealership cancellation only after visiting and ascertaining personally, Assess the potential of the dealers and increasing our counter share by motivating them, Monitor and implementing all sales promotional plan for the area., Coordinate with technical team for improving brand acceptance, approvals and brand equity., Allocate sales promotion budget judiciously and monitor optimal utilization of budget, Ensure proper accounting of promotional gift items, Organize contact programs and publicity events as per budgeted allocation for the assigned area and participate in them., Monitor stock levels at the depots for ensuring adequate stocks, Revision of handling charges and secondary freights, Monitoring the individual transporters performance and coordinate with factory, Guide the SOs for factory,wise assigning of orders, C&F: visiting and supervising godown,c&f activities, ensuring c&f bills and other bills are cleared on time and checking that proper service levels are maintained., Handle rake arrivals so as to minimize demurrage, warfage and damages maximize direct movement to the market, Periodic verification of physical stock of cement and empty bags with the books and report and take action on discrepancies without delay, Prepare and maintain price reports and recommend price changes., Analyze competitor activity and recommend strategies, Enquire into cases of conversions from Ramco, analyse the reasons and take remedial steps, Take measures to ensure that selling price are at nominated level., Cross,verify the prices, dealer preferences of different areas by market survey, Maintain price uniformity across the markets in the assigned territory, Monitor the activities of Field Sales officers and conducting Team Review on weekly basis., Provide coaching and on,the,job training to Trainees and subordinates, Plan and ensure continuance of marketing activities in such territories whenever any team member goes on leave.
