Level Senior Manager(SM)
Exp 16 years and above
15+ years of experience, preferably in a professional services firm, including 5 or more years in a supervisory position in a shared services type organization, 6 years or more experience in Infrastructure space
Experience in Design, Implementation and Sustenance of Large Scale Projects in the IT infrastructure space. A strong consulting skill set.
Work with Consultants and Sales teams in analyzing business requirements, and translating them into workable solutions.
Ability to lead RFP response building creation of proposals.
Knowledge technical tasks and activities constituting the deliverables, structuring them in logical manner and planning, risk identification and mitigation, dependency analysis
Deep understanding of multiple solution options that cater to the same need and ability to choose the correct one for the customer context.
Hands on experience in delivering high value System Integration DC Build Migration projects.
Ability to understand and design the business resilience and data centre strategies.
Deep understanding about DC Transformation. Should have been part of at least a couple of Data center transformation projects
Ability to perform independently consulting assessment reviews and assisting client organization with development, execution and testing of overall solution
Detail and high level designing experience across multiple technologies.
Intimate knowledge and understanding of the methods used in performing risk analysis and business impact analyses
Ability to present high level ROI (Return on Investment) and Total cost of ownership (TCO) figures to customer senior management during presentation and discussions
Deep understanding on various aspects of technology such as
Servers (UNIX and Wintel).
Consolidation and Virtualization
Storage and backup
Data center build and implementation
Network (LAN and WAN)
Database (Oracle SQL DB2 etc)

Provides leadership and strategic plan for managing the resource requirements of the organization
Reviews project pipeline, determines hiring requirements to fulfill future staffing needs.
Ensures regular supply of resources for deployment in existing and upcoming projects Fosters and maintains positive relationships with sales leadership, service line management and project management, serving as an interface to assess pipeline, staffing needs and skill qualification requirements and ensure effective forecasting and utilization
Lead a team of Information Service Analysts Coach and mentor them to deliver excellent service Continuously seek and improve processes and efficiency
