Job Description

Responsibilities and Key Result Areas

Develop and implement learning and development strategy for the organization in line with management competencies

Develop and institutionalize competency frameworks, assessment of learning needs and training plans

Develop learning modules and programs with internal resources and external agencies support

Propose and manage L & D budgets

Be responsible for organizational development initiatives


Should have hands on experience on delivery and development of behavioral, communication and leadership training modules

Should be conversant with delivery models, modes of training, cultural nuances and their implications

Experience in implementing organization development interventions is desirable

Ability to communicate and convince leadership

Ability to build credibility with stakeholders and influence decisions at all levels

Ability to develop, lead and manage teams

Location Mumbai, Pune & Bangalore

Work timings 3 to 12 pm
