Job Description

Role:The role will essentially be to drive revenue growth from existing accounts, nurture relationships with these, and support the closure of new accounts. Some of the responsibilities that this position will undertake are listed below:, Relationship management with clients based across EMEA and Americas, Work with clients to increase their share of booking volumes from Mystifly, Collaborate with different teams internally to solve client issues; initiate processes to eliminate major pain points, Actively study the market, generate insights to identify new growth opportunities, Work closely with the top management to support the closure of new businesses, Initiate existing clients to our new products, add new revenue streamsWhat we're looking for in an ideal candidate:, Good general understanding of business, Analytical bent of mind, should prioritize and base decisions backed by data, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, High EQ, can handle complex situations on an organizational as well as individual level, Excellent team player, should be able to collaborate with different departmentsPreferred background:, 2,5 years of experience across key accounts management or B2B sales, Candidates from SaaS companies, corporate banking, product companies, or e,commerce companies in travel space would have an upper hand, but not restricted to these, MBA from Tier 1 b,school a must
