Monitors the Organization's talent landscape and models future requirements with respect to the organization's business landscape and engages Senior Management to review the talent landscape and leads programs for strengthening the same.4. May be responsible for the jointly developing talent management programs aimed at aligning talent management with organizational goals and also, Capable of resolving escalated issues with respect to talent poolsRole Attributes are as follows 1.
