What is in it for you:, Excellent opportunity to lead the HR function for one of the most promising energy storage solution start,ups in Pune in a high growth environment., The organization is setting up a new and modern manufacturing unit of 1 GWh energy storage system and solutions, which is planned to be scaled to 5 GWh in future., Excellent opportunity to work directly with the leadership team and founders that have over 20 years of experience each, and financially backed by a leading Indian business group., Immense growth opportunities as one of the earliest and senior HR members in the organisation, that will grow in revenue in workforce strength within a yearRoles and Responsibilities: Reporting into the leadership team directly and managing a growing team, your responsibilities would include the following:1. Lead the HR and IR portfolio as a Senior HR Business member for the entire business including the manufacturing set up (Hire to Retire)2. Formulate effective policies, processes adhering to the compliance framework for the plant, office, and sites that will bring about a positive employer,employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation3. Establish and lead staffing practices and procedures necessary to recruit.4. Enable the business and the manufacturing plant to attract, hire and retain key talent. Work with stakeholders to design, develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and plans to meet and support the talent and manpower needs5. Ensure implementation of HR integration in the plant with a focus on driving zero man,day ,productivity loss.6. Implement and facilitate the HR processes with a strong focus on culture building, performance management system, business HR partnering, stakeholder management, employment regulations, compensation & benefits and rewards and recognition programs, training and engagement needs. 7. Proactive IR management to avoid any risk of negative groupism, faction or any other issues.8. Implement a uniform grievance redressal mechanism and maintain harmonious employee relations among management and employees.9. Carry out effective liasioning with administrative bodies and local authorities for smooth operationsProfile , Must,haves, A minimum of 10 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in the Energy,Automotive sector and 4,5 years of experience as a lead HR and have managed a team of 3+ people., You ought to have worked in HR & IR for a plant with a manufacturing set,up, You need to be based out of Pune or ready to relocate to Pune, Ability to navigate through ambiguity and handle the challenges of a start,up that will see rapid growth and transformation. , An effective communicator, fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi are essential., Possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong drive and strong stakeholder management
