, We are urgently looking candidates for the profile of Senior Manager HR with one of our Large Client in Gujarat., Streamlining the entire range of HR activities compelling with manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction, training & development, industrial relations, grievance handling, discipline, welfare schemes to build and retain a committed workforce, Candidate will be responsible for Employee Relations, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Policies Implementation, General HR Operations, Performance Management, Talent Acquisitions along with strong leadership skills, Functional and managerial skills in working on multiple platforms, Overseeing the joining, Leaving formalities of the candidates and preparing Induction manual with process details, Identifying and evaluating the legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources function (Like PF, ESI, Labour Law etc), Should be able to advise on areas to improve employee productivity, goal setting, performance management, identification of learning and development requirements, Heading critical HR programs encompassing benefits,compensation viz. rewards & recognitions, staffing, organizational development & employee relations, Candidate should have Team Handling experience.
