Job Description

Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Candidates from XLRI, MDI, TISS, IIM,SIBM, SCMHRD, XISS, XIMB, Delhi School of economics and graduated between 1999 to 2006 batch only) 10+ years of experience in HR leadership role (Should have Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement experience) Experience of managing HR professionals Ability to relate to, influence and coach employees at all levels of the organization, experience in executive coaching is good plus Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions Effective collaboration with a global HR team Strong Project Program Management Skills Effective English communication skills written, verbal and listening skills Ability to work well across different functions and locations 5+ years of Recruiting experience in a complex recruiting environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent post secondary degree Experience building, coaching and leading a recruiting team in a fast paced, high tech corporate environment. Prior experience in a startup or new build organization required. Ability to translate data into actionable decisions
