Job Description

Looking for a very strong senior email marketing manager who can drive email marketing efforts. Scope of work will include improving existing email campaigns, defining and setting up automated email campaigns, increasing email database, driving third,party email partnerships.Roles & Responsibilities :, Conducting market research & analysis of competitor email marketing campaigns to create email strategies., Reviewing past email campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness and defining campaigns to reach revenue targets, Conceptualising, implementing and testing drip campaigns that nurture leads towards purchase and driving brand recall., Defining email marketing strategies for different segments of users in different sales cycles, Increasing email marketing database through lead capture & third party partnerships., Test different subject lines, messaging & format to identify best performing emails for various cohorts., Drafting email copy and collaborating with graphic designers to improve Open Rates, Email appearance, click throughs & responses, Segmenting and Maintaining IK's email database for maximum email campaign effectiveness., Monitoring and reporting of email campaign performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.Experience :, 4+ years of experience in B2C,B2B Email Marketing, Previous experience working on email campaigns in US geography preferred, Proven experience ideating, testing and optimizing high,impact DRIP email marketing campaigns, Prior database management, customer segmentation experience a must, Familiarity with email marketing automation tools (HubSpot), CRM integration, campaign performance evaluation & reporting, Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data, Excellent copywriting and copy,editing abilities., A motivated self,starter with passion, innovation and problem,solving skills., Bachelor's Degree with overall 5,7 years of hands on experience in Digital MarketingSo what can you expect?In a nutshell , loads of learning, lots of freedom to experiment, world,class colleagues, and market,leading pay.Oh, and great work,life balance , we work 5 days a week (as our co,founder Ryan once said , If you can, t get your work done working 8 hrs a day for 5 days in a week, you are doing something wrong, ).Also, we are completely remote working team and will continue to remote be after COVID as well.And double Oh , as we are profitable and not dependent on external funding, unlike other early stage companies, we are financially very sound, define our own destiny and aren't buffeted by winds of change (or mood swings of investors) , quite critical in the current economic situation.
