Senior Manager of Digital Strategy. Key responsibilities:Engagement Management:, Incumbent will lead engagements for FS clients. These engagements include helping clients develop corporate strategies, make strategic M&A decisions, structure effective business and operating models, and transform their businesses , all in an effort to grow their business while maintaining or reducing costs. Content & Promotional Optimization: Navigation path between touchpoints and their reach and importance by country., Lead or support project teams in the delivery of the project. Client Delivery and Development :, Plays a significant role in identifying new strategy consulting opportunities with our clients, shaping proposals, and gaining client agreement,approval to move forward., Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in,depth knowledge of our clients' strategic,organizational objectives. , Leads strategy engagements; Synthesizes numerous analytic efforts to draw meaningful conclusions, identify implications for recommendations, and achieve client buy,in., Frequent interaction with senior management levels at a client and,or involves presenting analysis and recommendations, facilitating workshops, and negotiating or influencing on significant matters., Develops and maintain strong trust,based relationships with clients., Managing activities and deliverables against the plan, reviewing draft output, and providing feedback,coaching to project team members., Assesses and manages risks and issues, ultimately ensuring that project objectives are achieved.People Development: , Develop a team of professionals to enable growth., Perform the role of counsellor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm's staffing process, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities. Professional Qualifications:, Minimum of 12 years of experience from working within Financial Services. , 5 years of external consulting experience at a renowned consulting firm., Worked on Digital product offerings in Financial Services., Prior IT services Sales and Sales Support , Sales enablement role for Banking clients., Good knowledge of Banking and Financial Services industry domain skills , especially in areas like Commercial Banking, Payments and Treasury, Lending, Credit Cards, Wealth and Investment Management, Capital Markets., Good knowledge of emerging trends in IT like Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, Digital transformation, Etc.
