Ltd. Department Digital InnovationsJob Title Senior Manager Digital Innovations Location MumbaiReporting to GM Digital & LoyaltyJob Summary and Mission Design and deliver the company's customer digital agenda via partnerships new technology engagements to drive incremental revenue for the organizationSummary of Key Responsibilities Development of a rolling digital customer roadmap for the organization via partnerships new technology Uncovering needs business improvement opportunities in close collaboration with functional teams, market scan through interviews and insighting research execution of surveys internally and externally (consumer facing) Closely collaborate with technology teams to evaluate solutions to unlock needs Develop an investment plan in close collaboration with technology team and develop a ROI business case Execution of digital customer roadmap Develop a project plan on prioritized customer digital moves and closely collaborate with functional teams to track, problem solve, address roadblocks and maintain focus on timely delivery Drive other key stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome of the project Generate and convert business development opportunities with potential partners to deliver the digital agenda Negotiate and close long term strategic partnerships to deliver the business targets for each initiative Responsible for revenue generation targets for the digital team through partnerships or product application Post implementation tracking and feedback Project plan on post implementation processes to be streamlined, data to be analyzed consumer insights and feedback on success from all stakeholders Create data driven insighting and tracking Communication of above to senior management via presentations and periodic updates Foster and maintain partnerships to drive business topline Work closely with partners on ongoing delivery of targets, strategic insights and opportunities, improved ROI Work on marketing campaigns and brand creative for customer awareness and engagement   Driving YOY growth of business and deepen the penetration Technology Have a deep understanding of technology and how various implementations in consumer space work UI UX exposure, experience Experience in defining and execution cutting edge customer omni channel journeyCommunication and collaboration skills   Articulation and communication of the digital agenda in various internal partner forums to enable implementation of the digital agenda Stakeholder management within the organization at mid senior levels and at senior management level with external partners and global Starbucks teamsMarket Intelligence Monitor and evaluate the digital landscape of India, consumer trends and competition moves on a quarterly basis and develop a view on its impact to Tata Starbucks Deep understanding of digital trends and exposure to ecommerceQualifications   MBA from a renowned institute Have good understanding of or flair for technology, digital industry, consumer digital trends Experience in the delivery of digital product for a fast paced organization (not digital marketing and communication) Experience in a consumer forward organization preferable ecommerce, digitally forward organization Business development experience is a MUSTOverall experience 7 10 yearsRequired knowledge, skills and abilities Strong organization and planning skills Ability to understand business financials and trends, Develop ROI models independently Strong presentation skills Project management ability Ability to create and maintain partnerships, including deal negotiation Ability to negotiate and communicate with senior leaders of large brands Strong analytical skills Data analysis and modelling Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to drive others to achieve desired outcomes Excellent collaboration and communication skills across levels (from CXO to junior levels) Strong knowledge of marketing vehicles and marketing fundamentals Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Collaborate across functions be a strong team player Self starter
