They have been listed as a bestselling brand on Amazon and Flipkart for four years in a row.CTC , 30L to 32L (Including Variable)Role :Candidate Profile: A networker, connector, negotiator; a gadget and technology freak with high passion, great sense of humor, and excellent verbal & written communication skills would be a perfect fit for the young and peppy TeamRole Overview: This position would represent the brand in corporate space and help expand business in this high potential area Key responsibilities :, Work with the COO,Co,founder & Sales Director to drive the overall strategy and growth roadmap. Prospect & partner with agencies, organizations by building relationships with key decision,makers, Tie,ups with Gifting, Corporate Wellness, Corporate HR's & Canteen Business(Tie,up with Army CSD Canteens) would be the major relationship building the role would encompassResearch :1. Research about the industry, geography, business requirement, competitors, etc.2. Conduct weekly,monthly competitive analysis for key markets, Action opportunities with and counter competitor pitchesIdentification :1. Identify, co,ordinate and engage the necessary stakeholders2. Qualify client needs including budgetary, product, service requirements and plan overall course of action for each clientPitching to client & Client Servicing End to end:1. Ensure brand standards, USP, and market proposition is clear and compelling2. Take responsibility for all phases of the complete sales cycle including pre,sales presentations, client persuasion, conducting negotiations, contracting terms, and client service requirements3. Negotiation: Negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes whilst optimizing revenue margin.Sales :1. Form multi,level relationships with the concerned department of target companies i.e. CEOs, CFOs, Procurement, Admin, Human Resources2. Develop an effective sales pipeline and ensure efficiency to improve conversion. Eliminate dormancy. Manage RFP, RFI.3. Lead, grow, and develop the sales team.4. Generate revenue as per the monthly, quarterly, and annual plan.5. Profitability analysis, documentation, and customer retention: Analyzing the value proposition for parties involved and preparation of commercial documents related to the business association.6. Identify cross,sell & Upsell opportunities for different verticals.7. MIS, Reporting: Monitor, evaluate and report on individual accounts and markets progress. toward weekly, monthly and annual targets; cull out insights for future course of action.Experience, Skillset Required :, Strong experience of 5,8 years in product based Corporate Sales, Female Candidates only would be preferred, MBA from a Premier Institute, Industry , Electronics , FMCG, Tenacious and Self,motivated with the ability to ruthlessly drive and achieve business goals., Exceptionally good at understanding business needs and brand vision., Proven experience in building sales pipelines from scratch using the personal and professional network., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and good at interacting with senior,level professionals., Excellent presentation (PowerPoint and other presentation tools) skills., Very good negotiation and query handling skills., Target driven., Ability to keep calm and perform in a high,pressure business environmentThe Ideal :, Combination of analytical and creative thinking, Strong Negotiation, Operational & Interpersonal Skills, Passion to solve problems aggressively, Knack for thriving in Fast,Paced Environment, Data,Driven and Conceptualization specialist
