Sales Cycle Management
Developing complete B2B corporate sales strategy
Market mapping and analysis
Lead generation and Pipeline formulation strategy across all relevant domains (corporates, colleges, hospitals, government, startups etc)
Deal Closure and Post Sales Services
Integration with various team leads to facilitate and get the deals to closure
Securing business opportunities by cultivating mutually beneficial business relationship with current and potential clients
Reporting the performance to all stakeholders on a regular basis
Prior Corporate Sales Experience of 4 6 years preferably in the hospitality HR management services facilities management sector
Must have owned substantial individual sales targets and delivered them in the past.
The compensation must have had a fairly significant portion of performance based component
