General Description

Devise B2C integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers

Deep understanding of consumer trends and insights to create insightful and differentiated marketing communication and campaigns for multiple segments

Determine the most effective points of interaction for marketing campaigns by using reports from the customer information central system

Applies customer and sales information from the Customer Driven Marketing (CDM) system to achieve marketing goals

Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns

Brief and overview the work of creative agencies to successfully deliver the campaign on objective

Ensure that the organization's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels

Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs

Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns

Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary

Necessary Skills Attributes

At least 10 years of experience as a CRM campaign manager on client side or with digital marketing agency

Strong understanding of consumer trends

Ability to draw insights from multiple data points and weave an engaging communication

Has a strong sense of creative evaluation

Has managed multiple advertising and digital agencies n a client side
