Job DescriptionThe position Sr. Executive Employee Engagement & Development leads engagement and development, communicates to review employee satisfaction, new employee integration into the organization, manages appraisals & identifies staff development needs.The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Engagement:, Engagement strategy., Review of employee satisfaction including surveys or need based dipsticks., Leads employee interface systems., Reviews systems in similar organizations to provide information on good HR engagement practices elsewhere., New Employee On,boarding, Buddy system., Ensures new staff training orientation system, administrative and academic for the twelve weeks of on,boarding.Appraisal & Development:, Plans and executes the appraisal procedure on schedule., Reviews needs identified through the appraisal process., Engages with employees to understand career development plans., Creates a roadmap for internal growth & development., Maintains all development data and reports on this., Manages all staff development opportunities including booking, payments, information dissemination., Tracks post training cascade to other relevant staff., Highlights to senior management potential training opportunities., Plans inter,organizational exchange and development opportunities.Employee Welfare,Wellness, Retention strategies., Institutional bonding and membership, Counselling on special situation and personal needs to address morale and motivational levels., Succession planning talent growth and succession systems.Overall HR Areas, Review and development of policies , Professional DevelopmentIdentifying Professional Development needs based on: Performance Appraisal SystemRequirements :, Candidates must possess at least a MBA , Post Graduate Degree in HRM, Between 3 and 5 years of working HR experienceCompetency :, Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication, Employee Engagement metric analysis and interpretation, Strong organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate, prioritize and manage multiple activities, Passion for innovation: a big,picture thinker with big ideas that appeal to a global audience, Aptitude for working in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment, Appreciation and understanding of different leadership styles and ability to adapt approach while creating and delivering communications, Ability and willingness to work with mid,level managers and their teams towards achievement of organizational goals.
