What you'll do:, To build a pipeline of top local and passive talent through talent mapping and networking. , Manage and drive full,cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback and offers forNon technical and executive roles across levels , Partner with business partners, hiring managers and Talent Operations to build hiring strategy , Influence global business leaders and educate hiring managers on process, interview best practices and decision making , Provide stellar candidate experience. Create new ways to surprise and delight candidates as they go through our interview process , Find the best, brightest and most passionate people using new and creative ways to find and engage them , Effectively manage multiple priorities across the business including project orientation such as strong focus on diversity and inclusion , Must have working knowledge of compensation plans , Proactive talent mapping: develop custom research, target lists and sourcing strategies for current and future positions , Provide key insights to stakeholders through multiple sources of information to enable decision making , Structure key trade off decisions , Reporting cadence across key leaders as needed. "Art and Science" approach to recruiting , Be a consultant by understanding the external market, competitive landscape and aligning to business needs. , Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience , Lead projects, processes with manageable risks and resource requirements , Solve complex problems by taking a new perspective on solutions What you need to succeed , Bachelor's degree: Preferably with engineering background , 8+ years of in,depth knowledge and experience in a recruiting role in core Non Technical and Executive hiring , Must have 360 degree experience in managing mid to senior level technology and executive roles preferably from product organization , Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders , Passion for recruitment with focus on strong candidate and hiring manager experience , Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication , Must be able to multi,task and be detailed,oriented, strong organization skills are critical , Should have worked on creative ways of scouting talent beyond traditional Job Boards, like experience in LinkedIn, GitHub, Social hiring, etc.
