Desired skills and competencies:, Proficient at understanding of contractual documents., Good written and oral communication, Target achievement orientation., High proficiency MS Excel, Reasonable proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint, Ability to coordinate and work with multiple stakeholder departments, primarily Finance, Pricing, Delivery and Legal.Desired profile :An ideal candidate should have the following, Worked in the IT Services , Legal process outsourcing sector , in a Contracting , Commercial , Procurement department role for 8,10 years, Maximum total experience 12,14 years, Experience in the implementation,enhancement of CLM tools will be an added advantage., Bachelors qualification in Law will be helpful but is not required Role Description :The role,holder's primary function will be to managing legal operations.The role,holder will be responsible for., Legal Operations activities and administrative support activities that include managing Legal intake and reporting including triaging the inflow of all requests to the Legal Team and keeping the Contracts repository up to date, Active involvement in the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management tool and its ongoing administration post,implementation, Participating in Legal process improvement projects and finalization of process documents., Preparation of review presentations to head of Legal Operations and the General Counsel, Ownership for a defined category of Statements of Work in terms of basic review, routing and follow,up to ensure timely closure of contracts, Maintain function MIS and Department reports.
