Job Description

Senior role in leading and guiding advisory mandates, thought leadership and team mentorship.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Understanding the Client's problems and structuring solutions Engagement planning time lines, deliverables, team management, etc. Solution oriented thinking often in unstructured and unguided scenarios

Project management and monitoring Analysis driven recommendations Client interaction on an ongoing basis

Output creation Presentations, Reports, Models, etc., as per high quality standards

Generate business leads Proactive Business Development

Team mentoring and management

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

The typical profile we consider for this position would be 5+ years of experience of similar consulting roles, preferably in relevant sectors. A good B school background would be an added plus, though not mandatory.

Structured and composed thought process to planning and engagement management

High proficiency across MS Office tools Word, Excel & Power Point

Excellent communication skills ability to interact effectively across client and internal hierarchies

Willing to travel across the country overseas as required on mandates

Proven track record in the consulting practice real estate would be a plus
