We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager for an MNC in Water solutions.Location Bangalore.Job Responsibilities Devise the Marketing Strategy of the company involving establishing product positioning, planning the market penetration & designing product promotions. Responsible for the Marketing of the Company's Product Portfolio in its entirety, from Research and Development, through Sales, overseeing the Advertising for the Product, directing the marketing Research and managing Distribution. Prepare the Annual Marketing Budget based on the Organization Roadmap & Allocation of Marketing Resources & present it to Top Management. No.1 Priority Build & implement a measurable BTL Marketing Communication Campaign for the strategic Positioning of the Company's range of premium Water Purification Solutions. Understand & Monitor Market Trends, identify new Marketing opportunities, analyze Competition develop Plans and implement them effectively. Liaising with Marketing Agencies on devising Plans to build & create Brand Awareness through various Marketing Initiatives that include Go to Market Strategy, Brand Strategy & Creative development. Liaise with Brand Manager & Sales Coordinator for Execution of Marketing and Product Communication in Store and on the Ground. Create Training and Education Material for In House Training of Sales & Service Teams as well as Customer Education.Skills & Experience MBA PGDBM in Marketing from a reputed institute. 8 10 years of proven experience in Brand management, Trade shopper marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Positioning, Go to Market Strategies and other Marketing Strategies. Experience in working in a structured, professional manner, preferably shaped by working for an MNC in consumer durables. Self starter, goal getter with a balance of strategic and execution driven Mindset Setting up Market for new Products and creating awareness of the same. Create a pipeline for sales and service activities for end user customers. Good experience of capturing and compiling data on the basis of customer feedbacks across geographies and locations. Good communication and presentation skills
