Job Description

We are looking to hire the candidates with following profile

Determine channel strategy and identify routes to market, packages, pricing for different sales channels Online, Speciality Stores, MT, GT

Help in developing a strategic plan for consumer trade advertisement through various media vehicles digital, radio, print, web, and social media

Help in defining the brand positioning and marketing strategy

Identify new product opportunities as well as brand extension and work closely with R&D team to come up with winner products

Own the top line and bottom line targets of his her portfolio and work closely with sales team to achieve the revenue targets

Own few key core initiatives for the brand from end to end and work closely with cross functional teams to drive those

Exp 2 4 Years

Tier 1 college MBA ( IIMs XLRI FMS )

2 4 years of experience with at least a year in brand marketing
