Practice Head , Marketing AnalyticsWe have an exciting opportunity to lead our rapidly growing Marketing Analytics team as a Practice Head. You will be a keen self,starter. A driven technology leader who is passionate about helping customers understand and solve business problems to drive better outcomes leveraging innovative, cloud,native Data & Marketing Analytics technologies.Job Responsibilities:1. Head the entire P&L of Marketing Analytics practice across different regions. 2. Setup the business for advanced Marketing Analytics use,cases on GCP and AWS such as Marketing data warehouse, Recommendation engines and other AI,ML based use cases such as purchase predictions etc. for marquee enterprise clients. 3. Work with all other practices such as Data Engineering, AI & ML practices to drive Marketing Analytics service offerings as well as the way we deliver our services 4. Ensure that sales as well as tech teams work in tandem to keep the business profitable while ensuring MOM expansion. 5. Establish and nurture strategic relationships with partners (Google, AWS) and tool vendors to ensure that Searce remains their go,to partner for large deals. 6. Development of Go,to,Market and Service Offering definitions for Marketing Analytics practice. 7. Deliver powerful presentations and an unforgettable impact and a customized proposal with the aim to awe. 8. Preparation and estimation of solution proposals , sales enablement responsibilities for practice. 9. Develop custom investment proposals for interested prospects while working in conjunction with the Cloud sales and solutions team. 10. Collaboratively work with the solutions deployment team in distributed geographies to get the solutions implemented with a fanatical support drive. 11. Project initiation & technical governance , ensuring appropriate technical standards are applied during project implementation. 12. Build and nurture a talented pool of specialists in practice , as a people manager 13. Establish connections with industry stakeholders and manage relationships for Marketing Analytics Practice. 14. Ensure continued customer satisfaction levels and enhance Searce's image as a trustworthy, capable and reliable technology partner.Skills Sets:1. 10,15 years of experience in enterprise sales for Marketing Analytics services in B2B or SaaS organizations working in a hands,on, fast,paced, creative entrepreneurial environment. 2. Team handling experience 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills 4. Experience in interacting, conversing and ideating with CTOs, CEOs, VPs and IT Directors
