Role

The company is looking for School Relations Managers (SRM) for states Andhra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Karnataka, Maharashtra.

The School Relations Manager will be based out of respective state.

Conducting and leading training's for schools

Program Integration Admin and Academic

Program feedback

School retention

Retain and grow engagement with existing customers

Required skills and experience

Customer Service 2 6 years of experience with at least 2 years of experience in service customer relations environment

Excellent communication skills in English and respective regional language.

Ability to work in entrepreneurial environment without supervision. Should be a self starter and task focused.

Customer Empathy

Should understand customer's pain points and should be able to pass on the feedback to the product sales team immediately for action.

Be willing to travel within city and around

Background of working with schools and being a part of teacher training.

Desirable attributes

Technology savvy

Experience in dealing with school specific stakeholders like school management, teachers, etc.
