Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities1. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve Business goals.2. Assess Market potential & leverage it through right product mix aligned with Business Strategy3. Strategy & Business development including New Product Launches4. Brand management to strengthen portfolio, reviving and consolidating existing Brand portfolio5. Create strategies for distinct positioning & communication of the different products6. Preparation and implementation of promotional strategies , focus on concept marketing, customer development7. Build cohesive sales & marketing team and leverage them to achieve sales goals & bottom, line objectives8. Evaluating & controlling the marketing contribution for the division, Improve Market Share, Prescriptions & Prescribers, Rank, Growth , New brand building exercises to grow the therapy area, Achievement of Sales & profitability targets, Improve Specialty Coverage and Therapy Focus, People Development & Team Building9. Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders10. Periodical (Monthly) brand review & monitoring11. Field Work to review & evaluate strategy implementation12. Supporting the team to utilize strategic growth levers based on Situational Analysis and create impactful campaigns13. Collaborate with agencies to optimize the brand communication (Manage all creative agencies for resourcing, quality of work and contracts as per brand requirements)14. Drive Innovative Packaging Initiatives , patient centric packaging initiatives with direct impact on treatment adoption,compliance15. Work with the purchase team to finalise and determine the pricing strategy
